For a single personalized planner

1. Enter text to be printed with punctuation as you wish it to appear (i.e. J. Smith or J Smith)on lexide cover in the "Enter Text Here" box (Maximum 11 characters)
2. Select desired year
3. Click on "Add to Shopping Cart"

For more than one personalized planner
read all instructions before you start

1. Enter text to be printed with punctuation as you wish it to appear (i.e. J. Smith or J Smith)on lexide cover in the "Enter Text Here" box (Maximum 11 characters)
2. Select desired year
3. Click on "Add to Shopping Cart"
4. Once you are in your shopping cart click the back button on the upper tool bar
5. When you have returned to this page press "F5" to refresh your screen
6. Repeat steps 1 to 3
